His approach is aimed at an integrated, whole-family approach, knowing that real education advancement begins with developing the support systems that are present in the life of the student. He creates creative solutions to fill gaps in access to resources and creates strong partnerships that act to assist in bringing students and their communities up.

He uses his problem-solving skill and analyzes problems from every possible perspective to ensure that every decision is taken on the basis of creating long-term impact and sustainability. Mike Ross’s vision: equip every student to unleash their true potential, giving them tools and guides that would help them become future leaders in an evolving world to take positive changes in it. By continuously monitoring the progress of the student and continually refining, Mike Ross is striving to realize this vision for all of the students he assists.

Education was for him a necessary pedestal from which sources of resources could be derived and he felt a responsibility to contribute towards something good.

Trying to gain a better understanding of how he could be of use, Mike Ross began volunteering with after-school centered local charities. He dedicated many years to the cause but, having to work as a volunteer, was limited in what he could do to create a lasting impact. His frustration grew as he realized that, while he wanted to make a difference for the children of neglected communities, his capacity to do so as a volunteer was minimal.

Mike Ross understood that in order to bring about permanent change and address the needs he had witnessed, he would need to speak louder and be more proactive in developing solutions. It was when he had his epiphany: he needed to build his vehicle of driving change. It is here that his entry into the educational sector started, wherein he would go on to develop the solutions he envisioned for the deprived communities.
