Background- 

Arthur D. Little has promoted three senior executives to partner across its Middle East and India operations, strengthening its leadership team. The firm said Maurice Salem, Prithweesh Ghosh and Yiğit Saf have been elevated to the role in recognition of their contributions to business growth and client delivery.

The newly appointed partners are based in the company’s Dubai office and bring strong experience across public sector advisory, private equity and infrastructure development. The promotions reflect the firm’s ongoing focus on developing talent and its strong presence in the region.

Maurice Salem joins the Growth and Public Sector practice, where he has played a key role in building the firm’s real estate advisory platform. He has advised government entities and development organizations on large-scale urban and infrastructure projects across the Middle East.

Yiğit Saf also joins the same practice, contributing expertise in policy development, economic strategy and national transformation programmes. He worked with government bodies on investment strategies and productivity initiatives.

Prithweesh Ghosh joins the Private Equity and Principal Investors team, bringing experience in infrastructure deals, financing, and advisory work. His work spans sectors including travel, transport, and hospitality.

Managing Partner Thomas Kuruvilla said the promotions reflect the firm’s commitment to developing leadership and supporting clients’ transformation agendas. He added that the new partners will play an important role in expanding capabilities and driving long-term growth across the Middle Eastern and Indian markets.
